Deposits and Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing (email is fine). The cancellation date is the day we receive your notice, and charges are based on the number of days before your scheduled delivery or installation date.
45 days or more: full refund of all payments.
15 to 44 days: your deposit is kept. Any payments beyond the deposit are refunded.
8 to 14 days: 50% of the order total is charged, except tents, which are charged at 100%.
7 days or less: 100% of the order total is charged.
Special orders and items brought in from other suppliers for your event are non refundable once ordered. Weather is not grounds for cancellation; please contact us to discuss options if conditions are a concern.
Adjustments can be made to the orders up until 5 days prior to the rental date. We accept e-Transfer, cheque and cash. Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal, with an additional 5% fee. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance of your order is due 5 days before your rental products are delivered. It is our goal to finalize all contracts within 14 business days of return date.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the renter to carry insurance for all items rented. Rental items are not covered under PeakRentals.com’s insurance once it is out of our possession. The renter assumes all responsibility for all damages to rented equipment and agrees to release PeakRentals.com., its directors, officers, shareholders and employees from any and all claims for damages to property or bodily injury.
