Our Services

At PeakRentals.com, renting is only the beginning. From the first site visit to the final pickup, our trained crew handles the details so you can focus on your guests. Based in Moncton, we serve events across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

Free Site Inspection and Consultation

Every outdoor space is different. Ground surface, slope, trees, overhead wires and underground utilities all affect where and how a tent can go up safely. Book a free site inspection and we’ll walk your space with you, recommend the right tent size and layout, and flag anything that needs attention before event day.

Delivery and Pick Up

We deliver throughout the Maritimes. In most cases, your rentals arrive the day before your event and are picked up the day after. Need them longer than 48 hours? Just let us know when you book. Delivery charges are based on distance; see our delivery fees.

Off season (October to April): rentals are available for pick up and return only, by appointment.

Professional Tent Installation

Every tent we rent is delivered, installed and taken down by our trained crew. We anchor each tent for your site and conditions, whether that means stakes in the lawn or ballast on hard surfaces. Tell us before delivery about septic fields, underground irrigation or anything buried in the area. For everyone’s safety, we won’t install a tent when extreme weather is forecast.

Table and Chair Setup

Want to arrive to a room that’s ready? Our crew will set up your tables and chairs to your layout and take them down after the event, for $75 per hour with a two hour minimum. Please request this service when you book.

Layout Planning

Not sure how many guests will fit, or where the dance floor should go? Start with our tent calculator: enter your guest count and type of event, and it will show sample tent layouts sized for your event, for ceremonies, banquets, dances and buffets. Our seating chart page shows how much space each guest needs. We’ll help you fine tune the plan for your space and guest count.

24 Hour Emergency Line

If something comes up during your rental, call us. Our business line is answered for emergencies 24 hours a day at 506-863-PEAK (7325).

Community Support

PeakRentals.com is proud to support community events and fundraisers. Not for profit organizations can apply for discounted or donated rentals using our Not for Profit form. Please apply at least 30 days before your event.
