Delivery Fees
We deliver and install throughout the Maritimes. Each delivery fee covers the whole job: bringing your rental to your event, installing tents and dance floors, and coming back to pick it up afterward. All fees are plus HST and are for the 2027 season, subject to change.
Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview
Delivery anywhere in Moncton, Dieppe or Riverview is a flat $90.
Other locations
Fees outside the city are based on drive time and distance from our base in Moncton.

Table, chair and lighting setup
Tent and dance floor installation is included in your delivery fee. If you’d like us to set up tables, chairs or lighting, setup is $75 per hour, with a two hour minimum.
Larger orders
Almost every order fits in one trip. If yours needs more than one, the delivery fee applies to each trip.
Prefer to pick up?
Picking up and returning your rental yourself is free.
Off season
From October to April, rentals are available for pick up and return only, by appointment. Delivery and tent installation start again in May.
