Politique de location et de retour

Si vous recevez l’un de vos produits de location dans un état insatisfaisant, cela doit être signalé avant minuit le jour de l’événement. Tout ce qui n’est pas signalé avant ce délai sera sous la responsabilité du locataire. Nous n’accorderons aucun crédit pour les produits de location non utilisés après qu’ils aient quitté notre possession.
Si des articles sont manquants lors du retour de la location, le locataire disposera d’une semaine pour les retourner. Si les articles ne sont pas retournés, le locataire sera facturé pour le coût de remplacement des produits manquants ou endommagés.
Des frais supplémentaires s’appliqueront pour le retrait de cire sur l’un ou l’autre de nos articles de location.
Aucun crédit n’est accordé pour les articles non utilisés.
À moins d’avoir une commande confirmée, tous les prix sont sujets à changement en tout temps.

Tarifs de location

Les tarifs de location sont établis par événement. Dans la plupart des cas, nous livrerons la veille de votre événement et effectuerons la cueillette le lendemain. Veuillez nous aviser si vous souhaitez conserver vos produits de location plus de 48 heures.
